Confession: I’m a little bit in denial that it’s the end of May. I spend so long looking forward to the two May bank holidays here in the UK, and before I know it they’re gone!

At least May has been quite a busy month for pretty much everyone. Here in England we’ve got a new royal baby, a new government, and we’ve even had a few sunny days, hurrah!

In Cosy Land it’s been pretty busy too. I’ve notched up a trip to my second new country of the year, Cyprus, with icelolly.comcelebrated my boyfriend’s 28th birthday with several parties, booked tickets to see Britney Spears in Vegas this November and walked approximately 66 miles on my new ‘Get Fit’ regime.

mayAnd just yesterday I managed to tick off another thing on my #25Before25 list – I climbed over the o2 arena! It really wasn’t as strenuous or as scary as I was expecting, but I’d recommend it to all of you who want to see London from a different perspective. Keep your eyes peeled for a full review coming soon!

And there’s still more to come! Tomorrow I’m taking my friend on a surprise day out for her 30th birthday. I can’t tell you exactly where I’m taking her yet just in case she’s reading this, but I’ll share with you all over on my Facebook page once the cat is out of the bag.

I’m also getting very impatient while saving up for my big USA trip later this year. I’m starting to plan ahead for making my own lunch for work (so boring of me, I know), but I’m trying to keep myself motivated by researching all the amazing trips that are on offer out there. If you have any amazing saving tips, please do let me know!

What I’ve Been Writing

It’s been a pretty slow month in terms of blog posts, but that’s all about to change with a bundle of new Paphos posts coming your way. Here are the posts I’ve written this month:

What I’ve Been Reading

What I’ve Been Watching

I’ve been a bit of a slave to Netflix this month, and am slowly making my way through Marvel’s Daredevil series. And, I realise I’m about two years behind, but I’ve started to get into Orange is the New Black – I’m surprised how much I’m enjoying it!

Cat(s) of the Month

My ginger boys (Jim and Ralph) curled up in bed with me this morning – I’m still reeling from the shock!

That’s it for my May – how has your month been?
